Love this quality and sturdy bike!

It took some time to put it together but my husband and I tackled it together. The company very nice to deal with. I was so frustrated because we were shipped the bike in 3 boxes and they were separated and we got them all on separate days. One of the boxes sat in Chicago for over 10 days on a FedEx truck that they had no man power or employees to expedite the packages….. no employees they told me due to Covid and everyone is backed up especially Chicago and Perrysburg, OH. But we finally got the bike and I love it!!! The bike was worth the wait. Thank you Emojo!

Love my Caddy Pro

I received my Caddy Pro in the mail a month ago. I had my local bike shop put it together for me. Well worth it! The trike rides nice and is very well constructed. The trike has been so much fun and I love taking it on errands instead of driving. The two baskets let me pack stuff for day trips.

Just received my bike. love love love it!!!!!! More than I expected and David from customer service was awesome! quick response to my questions and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend this bike to anyone. And I am 70 and find it so easy once my shop showed me how to run it!

Trike

I have had my trike for a while now. It took time to get used to it, I am 70 and a little wobbly. My grandson rides it constantly and takes it on dirt roads and loves it.Between the two of us we are the talk of the town. Some parts were missing when it arrived. I had to get a bike shop to put it together. The bike seat leans way back and does not sit up straight. The shaft on the seat won’t stay up when you lift the seat higher. I cannot pedal at all because the seat is so low my legs can’t pedal.It’s fun to ride around but not as a bike, more as a scooter. This is a very expensive bike. It should be perfect.I don’t know how to fix the bike. There is no ebikeshop in the area . I think the bike seat and attached shaft are faulty.I don’t know if the emoji company stands behind their bikes or if they are just importers.
