The Bad Ass was designed to create a combination of a comfortable ride, with a powerful motor, long-lasting battery and a unique look.
Comfortable ride: To create that comfortable ride, most people like to sit straight up without bending. The Bad Ass allows you to do this. Competitors with a similar model have uncomfortable seats, big batteries by your knees or the seat so low, your knees are very high when pedaling. The Bad Ass has accounted for all these unpleasantries, by proving a very comfortable cushy seat, moving the battery below the seat and raising the seat higher to eliminate the last issue.
Powerful motor: To make it powerful, we are using a 750 Bafang motor with a 22amp waterproof controller. The combination of a motor with a large controller is essential to make sure the power is captured when needed. This combination will allow you to cruise at 27mph while not allowing any hill to be an obstacle. The Bad Ass has both throttle and 5 levels of pedal assist. Since you will be traveling at a good speed, we want to make sure you can stop. The brakes are hydraulic disc made by Tektron. The battery is lithium. It has 48volts/14amp hours. The cells are Samsung.
