Ordering was very easy and delivery was super quick. Solid ride, great frame, easy to assemble with well documented instructions, space on the bars is tough when you mount the bell and light…..no room left for other accessories…such as phone. Great performance and very responsive throttle.
I assembled it all by myself -- a 62 y/o woman! User manual is a bit confusing but there are ample videos on YouTube. When I could not turn it on, Customer Service got right back to me! Luckily, it was just that the battery had not clicked into place.
I've had it for a few weeks now and it's great -- just had to tighten a few things here and there. The 500W motor is quite powerful and offers six levels of pedal assist and throttle, (including 0). Aluminum alloy frame is much lighter than a steel frame. I got a free helmet with my purchase! It is also very well-designed. My only criticism of the bike is that it needs a headlight, and is missing screw holes in the frame to attach a carrier. Does not come with mud guards or fenders.
Just bought my son the fat tire 26”. Great bike, we had a few issues with a pedal when we received the bike and customer service quick resolved the issue and we’re so helpful. I’m busing another bike this week I had such a great experience!
Awesome bike, fast delivery. Bought other brand, that didn't have any customer service. This bike can handle different terrains, big riders and the battery last long.
This bike was well made. All the parts fit nicely and work. Not a fast bike by any stretch but very fun to ride. Not sure why the brakes are reversed (left one works the rear). It’s a European thing. If the electronics hold up, and I think they will, I will probably buy another so when the grandkids come over they can go riding. Had to adjust the brakes a little because they were hanging up just a tad. I really find very little fault in the bike. For the price you get a great bike. My wish would be that the battery had a little more range. 20 miles should be enough for most people. Buy one and enjoy it.
