I have serious back issues and not a lot of money to spare. Never thought I would be able to ride a bicycle again. I live on a sandy gravel road with very steep hills. I was a little skeptical about the power and the range of travel. I purchased my UL Certified-Ecotric Leopard Electric Mountain Bike 1 month ago and have used it 3 times now, it has performed beyond my expectations. I was a mechanic, with that said, assembly was straight forward and not too difficult . Thank you!

I'm Totally Satisfied

I'm very happy I purchased this Ecotric model, Leopard . . . It fits me well, I'm 5'7", and 78 years young . . . I was pleased that most of the bike was put together, I just needed to attach the front wheel and handle bar plus all the associated items and OH, the seat too. I did order a front and rear light for $53. My biggest complaint is that the company doesn't answer either of their 2 published phone #'s but do respond to emails. They also do not have a rear rack for this model but do point you to go online and figure out a suitable one, best guess I assume.

Fun and Fabulous

I love my new ecotric bike! It’s so fun to zip about town. It was a little difficult putting together. Although, it’s because I did insist at doing so myself. So I was very familiar w everything to do with the bike. I took it to a bike store after, and they did a top to bottom inspection to make sure everything was OK with the assembly. There definitely is a learning curve w electric bikes. That is something I don’t hear many people talk about. Starting out with pedal assist 1, helps to get the wheels rolling. The bike itself is pretty easy to navigate. Easy changing gears and utilizing the pedal assist is straight forward. I have about 65 miles on the bike so far. I would purchase again, if I had to do it all over again. My husband may get one next. It’s a great, sturdy bike. I am thoroughly enjoying exploring my town with.

Outstanding value

I haven’t been able to ride a bike for years due to back issues. It is now a pleasure to ride. Easy to assemble. Couldn’t be happier.

Good value, fun bike

I've been very happy with this bike. In fact, I bought a second one for the family so we can ride together. It has good value and I haven't had any issues in over a year with the first one. Assembly was more complicated than they suggest, but totally do-able. Product documentation in the box wasn't accurate, but I figured it out. The product seems pretty solid, but the customer service is a little "meh" and wish they had more colors and less (goofy) stickers. All in all, very happy with the two I bought.
